Situations when you should get out of the water immediately
Certain physical symptoms can signal danger while you are in the water, such as itching, feeling cold, fatigue, cramps, headaches (especially in the forehead or back of the neck), and other unusual discomforts. If you experience itching, chills, unusual fatigue, headaches, cramps, vision disturbances, bloating, or pain in your elbows and knees, get out of the water immediately and rest.
